Seit mehr als 20 Jahren ist sie in der Startup Szene aktiv, mit eigenen Gründungen, hat Gründungssupportprogramme an Hochschulen aufgesetzt, als Startup Coach 100+ Gründer:innen beraten, Startup Acceleratoren verantwortet, war für Corporate Innovation Hubs tätig und hat vielfältige, internationale Innovationsprojekte realisiert. Immer mit einem besonderen Fokus auf Impact und Diversität. Diese Erfahrungen bündelt sie nun in der avant now GmbH, bietet mit dem Avant Now Accelerator das Berliner Startup Stipendium an und mit Raise Female, ein Investment-Readiness-Programm speziell für Frauen.
